01 Introduction

Welcome to Vaji VIP. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Vaji VIP ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Vaji VIP website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at vaji-vip.vip.

By creating an account on Vaji VIP, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Vaji VIP platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Vaji VIP mobile application. 02 Eligibility

To open and use a Vaji VIP account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Vaji VIP does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gaming in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use Vaji VIP.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from Vaji VIP or any affiliated platform. If you have self-excluded and attempt to re-register, your account will be closed and any funds deposited may be forfeited.
• One account only: You may hold only one active account on Vaji VIP. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Vaji VIP reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

When you register for a Vaji VIP account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change after registration — particularly your contact number or payment wallet details — you must update your account promptly. Vaji VIP is not liable for any issues arising from outdated account information.

• Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Vaji VIP staff will never ask for your password.
• Account security: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at [email protected].
• Verification: Vaji VIP may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Accepted documents include national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• One account per household: Only one account is permitted per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts from the same household may be flagged for review.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Vaji VIP supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Vaji VIP does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page within your account. This may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for most account tiers. VIP and Platinum tier members receive priority processing, typically under 15 minutes.
• Withdrawal to registered wallet only: Withdrawals can only be sent to the mobile wallet number registered to your Vaji VIP account. Requests to send funds to a different number will not be processed.
• Pending verification: If your account has not completed identity verification, withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit does not credit to your account within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the issue is resolved.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Vaji VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free play credits carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Activating a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing one may result in the forfeiture of the original bonus.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is stated in the promotion terms. Fishing games, slots, and table games may have different contribution rates.
• Abuse prevention: Vaji VIP monitors bonus usage for patterns that suggest abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have their bonuses voided and winnings forfeited.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money directly. Only winnings generated after meeting wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on Vaji VIP use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means that every game outcome is determined by a mathematically random process that cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the platform or by any player.

Each game on the Vaji VIP platform has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before you play. Vaji VIP is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player misunderstanding game mechanics.

• Disconnection policy: If your internet connection drops during an active game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded and your balance updated accordingly. Vaji VIP is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, Vaji VIP reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Bet limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by account tier. Attempting to place bets outside the permitted range will result in the bet being rejected.
• Game availability: Vaji VIP reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games at any time without prior notice. The removal of a game does not entitle players to any compensation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Vaji VIP platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and cheating: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the Vaji VIP platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Vaji VIP complies with anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile wallet provider for a deposit that was legitimately credited to your Vaji VIP account. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the platform or play games on your behalf.
• Underage play: Attempting to register or play if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Vaji VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

• Voluntary closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered mobile wallet, subject to verification requirements.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Vaji VIP will attempt to contact you before taking any action on an inactive account.
• Suspension pending investigation: If your account is suspended while an investigation is ongoing, you will be notified by email. Funds in your account will be held securely during the investigation period.
• Termination for cause: If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may also be withheld if the violation involves fraud or money laundering.

09 Responsible Gaming

Vaji VIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity and maintain control over their gaming habits. • Vaji VIP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
